  • Perform documents checking as 1ST checker and assure compliance with terms of the letter of credit and UCP600 are ad hoc with internal banking compliance standard, regulator standards & International Standard Banking Practice rules
  • Process payment and liquidation of financing and non-financing transactions.
  • Prepare the import LC, SBLC , Export LC, BBLC Guarantee
  • Analyze Master LC & Baby LC and report any discrepancies
  • Inform management & team head on any irregular transactions or special news
  • Follow up on delinquent items
  • Manage daily transaction data
  • Provide suggestion & advises to internal & external stakeholders on Trade Finance Operation
  • Handle and follow up inquiries from internal & external stakeholders
  • Participate in UAT testing as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • 6 years + Trade Finance Operation in Banking Industry with prior hands-on experience on bills, Full-set LC & Commodities Trade Finance operation experience
  • Good checker role experience  
  • Solid experience in handling the full cycle of bills
  • Candidate with an all-rounded trade finance operation background would be highly preferable
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English would be an advantage
