Team Lead, Business Finance, T&O and Support Units

Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions - whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services
Responsibilities
Act as Finance Business Partner to Technology & Operations ("T&O") and other Support Units ("SU") with the following key responsibilities:
Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with senior stakeholders of T&O / SU and Group's counterpart in Singapore on finance matters
- Provide timely and quality financial management analysis to T&O / SU's management
- Monthly expenses analysis for T&O / SU
- Monthly expenses analysis for bankwide occupancy and computerization
- Cost allocation from Support Units to business analysis
- Annual budget preparation for T&O / SU, and bankwide occupancy and computerization
- Inter-company charges management and reconciliation
- Monthly IT charges allocation and analysis
- Work with regional counterparts on business analysis
- Dashboard creation and management (Qlikview and Tableau)
- IT charges and real estate charges data processing
- IT Project review and approval
- IT Project expenses tracking and management
- Real estate investment (renovation/property investment and disposal) review
- Finance project lead/participation for new Finance system development
- External payment review and approval
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or other closely related field with minimum 12 years professional work experience in business planning and analysis, financial analysis, research and/or consulting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in senior stakeholders' management
- Strong data mining, database management and programming skills preferred
- Experience with visualization software (Qlikview, PowerBI or equivalent) preferred
- Knowledge of Hyperion and PSGL
- Prior exposure to budgeting processes, IT and real estate charges analysis
- Prior experience with business and data management initiatives
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
