Responsibilities

  • Accurately process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while ensuring adherence to operational policies.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage cash drawers, ensuring accurate cash balances and compliance with cash handling procedures.
  • Assist clients with account inquiries and changes, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a seamless banking experience for clients.

Requirements

  • Degree in finance or business is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience is a plus.
  • HKSI or IIQE certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus.
