  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 8-10 years IT working experience. Preferably within the financial industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of IT, including Windows/Linux server, Cisco network/collaboration tech, Huawei Firewall, Hyper-V, Symantec Series Products, Barracuda suite, etc.
  4. Proficiency in implementing and managing Microsoft office 365 suite and cloud-based services and solutions.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  7. Excellent VIP technical support experience.
  8. Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE is a plus.
  9. Ability to complete work under tight time pressure, with strong personal motivation and willingness to put in extra effort to ensure work is completed with efficiency and quality.
  10. Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written) essential. Fluent Mandarin is a plus.
