Responsibilities

  1. Lead a technical services team to provide repair and maintenance service to the premises.
  2. Responsible for risk management, tenancy fitting out and reinstatement, premise improvement and renovation of commercial investment portfolio.
  3. Responsible for annual budget of repair and maintenance service.
  4. Propose and plan projects such as replacement of long-term building asset, prepare capex and execute subsequent control.
  5. Review and continuous improvement of maintenance standards and logs. Monitor work performance and progress of contractors and other service providers to ensure company's standard is achieved.
  6. Supervise premises improvement, upgrading and alteration works.
  7. Plan, implement and review energy conservation measures of the premises.
  8. Provide professional advice on fitting out proposals submitted by tenants.
  9. Liaise, support and coordinate with various work partners in leasing, tenant services & community relations, building management, promotion and marketing, external consultants, designers, governmental departments and Incorporated Owners.
  10. Assist in ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  1. Degree holder in Building Surveying / Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Possess recognized professional membership of HKIS, RICS (BS), HKIE (BSS), CIBSE, etc., or relevant discipline, is preferable.
  3. Possess at least 10 years of relevant experience in renovation, A&A, fit-out works and building maintenance, MVAC system operation, at sizable high-end commercial properties including office and shopping arcade in which 5 years in supervisory level.
  4. Well versed with the latest relevant ordinances and the best technical practices in the facility management / maintenance industry.
  5. Possess strong analytical, customer-oriented, excellent communication and people management skills.
  6. Mature, independent and with strong leadership, and able to work under pressure.
  7. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  8. Be familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD, building / maintenance information system and energy management.
