Responsibilities:
- Monitor logistics service provider performance and validate invoices, metrics, and KPIs
- Develop and present relevant logistics metrics
- Serve as the key point of contact for global logistics improvement projects
- Analyze logistics processes and recommend adjustments for operational efficiency
- Work with Sales & Operations to understand customer shipping requirements and coordinate with 3PL
- Collaborate with Logistics Manager and Finance on freight and 3PL budget and invoicing activities
- Work with Global Trade Compliance team on import, export, duty, and VAT matters
- Maintain database and identify opportunities for inventory reduction
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in Logistics Management
- Fluent in English and Chinese, proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage
- Experience with ERP/CRM system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
