Your new role

  1. Assist the internal auditing team on general administration work
  2. Responsible for scheduling meetings
  3. Assist with internal & external calls and video conference set-up
  4. Handle ad-hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

  1. 1+ year(s) of admin experience in an investment bank or financial institution
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Able to work at a fast pace and under pressure
  4. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
