Report to Senior Management and lead the sales/professional team to achieve business targets assigned by management.

Drive new business development, execute outbound sales initiatives, maintain relationships with existing clients, and acquire new accounts.

Deliver sales objectives, drive continuous growth, and actively promote the product portfolio within assigned projects.

Explore all potential business opportunities to facilitate market expansion and ensure sustainable business growth.

Introduce and promote unique, exquisite products to mid-to-high-end customer segments.

Requirements

Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

8 years or more of solid experience in brand, product, or sales management.

Broad sales and marketing experience, with good exposure to the property development market.

Proven track record in brand building and management through proactive, strategic communication and public relations programs.

Self-motivated, aggressive (results-driven), with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluency in Mandarin).

Willingness to travel as required.

(Candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered for the titles of Director, Manager, or Assistant Manager accordingly.)
