Responsibilities:

  1. Work on the design and implementation of external projects
  2. Conduct Windows server installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery
  3. Provide production support, monitoring, problem diagnostics and performance tuning of servers and middleware services
  4. Manage the status of capacity on systems and applications
  5. Maintain technical documentation

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT development with at least 4 years in network, security, disaster recovery planning
  3. Solid experience in Windows platform
  4. Knowledge of WebSphere Application Server, JBoss, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Tivoli Storage Manager, FileNet, Tape backup systems, Network Switches, SAN switch and SAN Storage is an advantage
  5. Good analytical and problem-solving mind, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills
  6. Proficient language skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
