  • Responsible for fitting, garment construction, and providing technical advice throughout the process from development to production.
  • Communicate with Merchandising teams, Manufacturers, and HQ to solve production problems.
  • Provide fitting comments and technical advice, ensuring manufacturers understand and comply with quality standards and requirements.
  • Sample mock-ups and fitting.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in sweater garment fitting and technical support.
  • Strong fitting, grading, linking, sewing, and size specification knowledge.
  • Solid experience in ladies' wear and menswear woven.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Able to deal with overseas clients/counterparts.
  • Proficient in PLM and MS Office.
