Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of TramOramic Tour on-site, including but not limited to pre-tour preparation and post-tour clean up.
- Address passenger inquiries on board and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage passenger check-in and handle walk-in ticket sales.
- Ensure passengers' safety by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tram throughout the tour.
- Support special promotional campaigns occasionally.
- Work on ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors/managers.
- Work 6 days a week on-site for the TramOramic Tour.
