As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and experienced swimming instructors to join our team and help us deliver high-quality swimming education across Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming lessons for children aged approximately 2.5–12, primarily in small-group settings.
• Create a safe, encouraging, and enjoyable learning environment.
• Apply child-centred teaching approaches that encourage exploration, confidence, and active participation.
• Adapt lesson activities according to each student's age, ability, and learning progress.
• Communicate professionally with parents and provide constructive feedback on students' development.
• Work closely with our coaching team to maintain consistent teaching standards and lesson quality.
• Support the long-term development of our swimming education programmes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in teaching swimming, preferably with young children.
• Relevant swimming instructor qualifications or recognised coaching certifications.
• Strong understanding of water safety and child development.
• Patient, responsible, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct lessons independently and manage small groups effectively.
• Willingness to embrace our child-centred swimming education philosophy.
• Good command of Cantonese; English communication skills are an advantage.

Swimming lessons are primarily conducted at public swimming pools in Hong Kong, with initial opportunities in:

Mei Foo (Lai Chi Kok Park Swimming Pool)

Tai Wai (Hin Tin Swimming Pool)

Teaching schedules and locations will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
