Associate/AVP, Client Services, Wealth Management
Key Accountabilities
- Perform KYC and AML check on customer account onboarding to ensure compliance with rules and regulations;
- Administer on-going KYC review maintenance of account documentation, transaction review, and other account servicing functions;
- Keep track on instruction and progress update with customers, and maintain good relationship with existing clients;
- Provide support to the team and carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
- Handle daily client inquiries and provide timely, professional solutions to ensure high service standard.
Skills & Experience
- Degree holder in Business, Finance, or related disciplines;
- At least 3 years related working experience;
- Candidate with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
- Excellent communication and problem solving skill;
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Proficient in MS Office application.
