Madame Fu is a fabulous restaurant in Tai Kwun, Central, with lounges, bars and private dining rooms, renovated in a classic, colonial setting. We merge contemporary Chinese cuisines and art with luxurious sophisticated service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and proactive candidate to join our Sales and Events team.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for events enquiries, providing quotations and confirmations
Coordinate with the kitchen on menu planning and dietary requirements of the customers
Liaise with internal departments to manage logistics of the events
Be physically present at events to monitor progress and ensure successful completion
Provide excellent client service and build and enhance relationship with customers
Monitor and maintain the high-end brand image of the restaurant
Conduct research, new concepts, and trend-relevant ideas, and analyze market changes and monitor competitors' offers and new dishes
Assist Marketing and PR activities of Madame Fu
About you
Degree holder in Hospitality, Events, Marketing, Tourism or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the food and beverage industry
Strong knowledge in F&B operational work flow
Excellent communication skills and a good team player
Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
Detailed, hardworking and well organized
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
