Supply Chain Supervisor

The Supply Chain Supervisor owns Five Keys' supply chain from purchase order to site delivery, across all our hospitality projects in Europe, Africa and the Caribbean. Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Director Asia, they lead the supply chain team and are the supply chain partner of management, project teams and our hubs. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution for someone who wants full ownership of a function and the freedom to shape how it runs.

Key responsibilities

Accountable for the full supply chain of every project, from order placement through production readiness, shipping and delivery to handover on site

Define the logistics strategy per project (routes, transport modes, consolidation, partners and timeline), aligned with the project schedule and the client's requirements

Make supply chain decisions within scope, balancing cost, time and risk, and elevate early to management with a recommended solution

Ensure orders, production, shipments and site needs stay aligned across all departments

Build, manage and evaluate a reliable network of forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, warehouses and transport companies across destinations

Negotiate rates, payment terms and service levels, and hold partners to their commitments

Own the logistics budget per project: provide logistics costs for tenders and quotations, track actual against budget and explain any gaps

Anticipate supply chain risks and put mitigation plans in place

Ensure import and export compliance in every destination country: Incoterms, customs classification, certificates, insurance and duty exemptions

Lead, train and develop the supply chain team, and grow it as the business grows

About you

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade or a related discipline

5+ years' experience in international logistics or supply chain, including full ownership of a logistics scope, ideally in project cargo, furniture, FF&E or hospitality

Strong command of international shipping from Asia: ocean (FCL, LCL, consolidation), air, Incoterms, customs and trade compliance

Experience with imports into Africa is a strong plus

Confident negotiator who builds lasting partnerships with service providers

Analytical and decisive: makes data‑driven decisions and takes ownership of the outcome

Highly skilled in Excel, with ERP experience (Odoo is a plus)

Clear communicator in a multicultural team spread across three continents, calm and organised under pressure

Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
