For our clients, we manage over 200 events a year, curate hundreds of staff discounts, and develop corporate wellness initiatives that are practical, fun, and meaningful. We arrange annual dinners, marketplaces, wellness expos, lifestyle webinars, movie nights, social outings, arts and craft workshops, and much more.

With our portfolio of diverse clients, many being MNCs, we are seeking an experienced person to help us look after a group of our key clients, engage with them and understand their needs, manage expectations, and interact with the TLC team to deliver the right solutions to our clients. A prestigious role engaging with all levels of personnel in global companies.

What you will be doing:

  1. Be part of the events team to generate new ideas and design events for clients; participate in brainstorming meetings to unleash your creativity.
  2. Support the TLC events team for event planning and logistics.
  3. Vendor liaison including but not limited to: hotels, audiovisuals, productions, transportations, photographers, etc.
  4. Coordinate the event logistics for physical and virtual events.
  5. Communicate with related parties internally and externally to ensure the smooth running of the events.
  6. Support event administration and paperwork.
  7. Perform ad-hoc work or projects if necessary.

Who are you:

  1. Diploma or above in Event Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  2. A team player who is responsible, independent, willing to learn, and accept challenges.
  3. Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  4. Good command of both written & verbal English & Chinese.
  5. Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment under pressure.
  6. Proficient PC knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
