Application Support/ Analyst Programmer

Provide application development, maintenance, and production support for existing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents and technical issues.
Liaise with users and stakeholders to collect, analyze, and define business and functional requirements.
Prepare System Analysis and Design (SA&D) documentation and technical specifications.
Design, develop, test, and implement application enhancements and new system functionalities.
Conduct system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment activities.
Review and evaluate contractors' deliverables, technical proposals, and development work for new system projects.
Ensure system quality, performance, and compliance with project standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least have 4 years’ experience in application development and system support in a similar capacity.
Hands-on experience in: Java programming, Android application development, UNIX/Linux shell scripting, Reporting tools, Data warehouse solutions, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and technologies
Experience in system analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English.
Self-motivated and capable of quickly learning new technologies and tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Candidates with experience in government projects, large-scale system integration, mobile applications, or data warehouse environments will be an advantage.
