Line Maintenance Manager - Cathay Planned Maintenance

Position DescriptionWhat You'll Do
  • Ensure safe operations of the Cathay Planned Maintenance team for both staff and product.
  • Deliver service to agreed KPI's and contractual requirements.
  • Manage department budget ensuring team utilization meets revenue/workload budget while controlling costs.
  • Drive continuous improvements in staff utilization, process mapping, and cost reduction initiatives.
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 10 years related experience, preferably in line/base maintenance of an airline's engineering department or an aircraft maintenance repair organization or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in project management of lean initiatives.
  • Experience in budget processes.
  • Degree holder or holder of HKAR 66 B1 or B2 License or equivalent.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Able to work in Hong Kong.
