We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Employee Benefits (EB) Business Development.

Principal Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B2C distribution strategy for Employee Benefits (EB) that aligns with the broader business objectives.
  2. Centralize and streamline the management of EB business development, product governance, and client management.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional client service.
  4. Oversee the development and implementation of compelling value propositions for EB products to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  5. Monitor and analyse product performance, market trends, and client needs to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HSBC Pension, HR, and other business units, to capture sales opportunities and identify new business prospects.
  7. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards in all business activities.
  8. Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  9. Represent the EB business in external forums, industry events, and client engagements to promote HSBC's capabilities and solutions.
