Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage workflow schedules with the team.Arrange model shooting sessions based on the schedule.Product preparation for the photoshoot, including but not limited to packing & unpacking products, steaming the clothing items if needed, styling on e-comm imagery, and organizing the shooting area before shooting.Assist photographers & stylists during the shoot.Assists in studio inventory stocking system, borrowing and returning products.Basic accounting support including expense receipt management.Props/styling items searching through the website or outside the studio.Provide administrative support to the studio and the team.Provide support to the studio in general, and perform any ad hoc tasks when necessary.Requirements:Strong engagement and passion with the fashion industry.Friendly, pleasant disposition with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.Ability to problem solve and work autonomously to get the job done.Flexible and adaptable to job duties, work locations and hours.Attention to detail with an inherent sense of care.Fresh graduates who are passionate to work and learn about photography and styling are welcome.
