Financial Planning: Assist in formulating and realizing business strategies and goals, ensuring alignment with financial targets and objectives.Budgeting and Monitoring: Timely compile operating and capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets, monitor them effectively, and provide regular forecasts for management approval.Financial Reporting: Produce management and financial information, including quantitative and qualitative assessments, to monitor achievement against business goals and support management decision-making.ERP Implementation Support: Contribute to the successful delivery of a new ERP solution in the Finance department by evaluating business processes, providing input on process improvements, and supporting testing and training initiatives.Financial Advice and Support: Deliver professional financial advice and support to internal customers, addressing financial and control-related & experiences required.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.5 years of FP&A / BP experienceBackground with ERP system usage is advantageous Good written and verbal communication skills
