We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Life & Health branch in Hong Kong which plays a major part in the success of Hannover Re globally. We are seeking a Head of Financial Solutions to join our growing team. The role will be a permanent position reporting directly to our Branch Manager.

Your Tasks
  • Develop the Financial Solutions business line for markets under Hong Kong
  • To solicit new business by visiting clients in various location, preparing marketing materials, presenting to executives, managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Propose, structure, illustrate and discuss customized financial reinsurance solutions to clients in collaboration with other internal experts across the organization
  • Study and keep abreast about relevant regulations in various territories under the Branch and assist clients to obtain required approvals from regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders
Your Profile
  • Qualified actuary with 8+ years' experience and strong technical skills
  • Positive track record in developing financial solutions business
  • Good understanding of different Asian cultures and ability to travel frequently across the Asian markets
  • Open personality with excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of current trends in the financial solutions busines
