Roles:

• Maintain reservations records and generate statistics reports
• Ensure data accuracy and oversee Opera system database
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for reservations

Qualifications:

• Secondary Education Examination diploma or equivalent
• Preferably a diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or related fields
• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel reservations
• Pleasant demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Immediate availability is a plus
