We are looking for a Security Consultant who will be responsible for reviewing, testing, designing, and implementing comprehensive security solutions for clients in the North Asia region. You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. 

You will need to have a deep understanding of best practices to design and implement security technical controls and solutions in on-premises, hybrid and public cloud solution. You also possess the skills and ability to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of security architectures & configuration and develop plans or initiatives to improve conformity and compliance.  

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have the following skills/experiences:

  • Deep understanding of security solutions and controls in virtualized and public cloud environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as you will need to identify and mitigate security risks in complex environment.
  • Experience in the design and delivery of complex managed services deals (e.g., security outsourcing, Managed-XDR, consulting, risk assessment and incident response services).  Understands how to optimize licenses and utilization across multiple security solutions and cloud usage. 
  • Experience with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Java, Perl, GO, etc.) automation (incl. Logic Apps), leveraging AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools, and offensive security.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as HKMA CFI, FCS COR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. 
  • 10+ years of professional experience in Technology, Consulting, or similar industry, with at least 3 years in a client-facing role (internal or external). 
  • English and Mandarin language proficiency. Familiarity with Cantonese, Japanese or Korean would be considered an advantage.  

In addition to the above skills, ideal candidates would hold or must be committed to complete one or more of the following industry certifications: 

  • CSA Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) 
  • (ISC)2 Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSSP) 
  • CompTIA Cloud+

  • AWS Certified Security Specialty

  • Microsoft AZ500 

  • Microsoft SC100 

  • GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer
