Role Overview:
As the Associate Design Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting the overall UX/UI design vision and execution the user-centric design of our digital products and services. You will work closely with the Design Lead and research team, contribute directly to design work, collaborate with cross-functional partners, the engineering team and help drive continuous improvement in our design processes and outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the design research team to conduct in-depth user studies and uncover insights Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that inform the design strategy and guide the development of innovative, user-centric solutions Work with product managers to understand user needs, define design requirements, and translate them into innovative, user-centric solutions Translate user insights into compelling, evidence-based design solutions that prioritize the user experience Partner with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design integration and a cohesive user experience Directly contribute to the design of intuitive, seamless, and visually appealing user interfaces Champion design best practices, design systems, and guidelines to maintain consistency and scalability Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and design methodologies, and share insights with the broader team Assist in presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, helping to secure buy-in for key initiatives
Your Profile

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects Proficiency in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools and techniques Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into user-centric designs Bachelor's degree in interaction design, visual design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
