We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Officer, MTY SPS.

Principal Responsibilities

Supervise and verify the content and quantity of cash (banknotes and coins) and non-cash precious items like cashier order, gift cheques, to ensure accuracy, before releasing to CIT vendors for delivery Conduct performance monitoring and management with CIT vendors regarding all the delivery services provided by them Verify the CIT vendors bills/invoices against the actual delivery services and banknotes counting/sorting/collection services consumed Supervise and provide instructions to team members upon receiving delivery of new notes from printing company to MTY manage the inspection and transportation of boxes of new notes from G/F to the vaults (G/F, 2/F, 3/F) respectively Act as central contact point between CIT vendors and all branches regarding cash discrepancy handling for both cash delivered to branches, and most importantly cash collected from branches post-counting/sorting. Monitor and manage the inventory of security document including gift cheque, cashier ordersand arrange replenishment in a timely manner Supervise the piece-counting and NIB sorting for those "remaining" banknotes (not in a brick of 1,000 pieces) collected from branches Requirements Experience as supervisor in operations with people management Basic knowledge on cash handling Good interpersonal skill and a good team player Shift duty within Monday to Friday would be required, work hours start at 7:30am or finish at 8:30pm Possesses license to operate forklift (鏟車) would be preferred but not mandatory
