Our Headwaiter / Headwaitress in Food & Beverage Department ensure refined service is delivered to 5-star hotel standards, who are expected to:

Supervise & deliver a delightful dining experience to our guests & create memorable moments in Palm Court; Provide seamless service with guests to 5-star hotel standards; Make recommendations on the choice of menu items with good product knowledge; Maintain high cleanliness level in the dining venues and ensure the dining tables are detailed. Requirement .

Minimum 5 years relevant F&B experience Willing to work and learn in a English and Mandarin speaking competitive environment Dedicated to provide high quality service to guests Enjoy engaging with guest from all around the world Outgoing with customer oriented personality Fluent command in English and Mandarin

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Headwaiter/ Headwaitress.
