Postdoctoral Fellow

Applicants should have (i) a Doctoral degree in Computer Science or related field (for Postdoctoral Fellow); OR a Master's degree plus four years of relevant post-qualification experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields (for Research Associate); OR a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in the abovementioned fields (for Research Assistant); (ii) demonstrated experience in at least one of the following areas: (1) nature language processing; (2) speech processing; (3) human-computer interaction; (4) knowledge; (iii) strong programming skills in Python; (iv) experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch; and (v) good analytical, writing and presentation skills. Preference will be given to those interested in LLM. Results-driven individuals with a passion for AI and machine learning are welcome to apply.
Duties include (a) researching and developing the Learning Analytics technologies for education system; (b) researching and developing new algorithms and techniques for AI and machine learning; (c) collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems; and (d) creating technical reports and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to two years, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
