About the Role

Responsible for providing project management, business analysis, and quality assurance services to meet AIA's business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead project managers, business analyst and quality assurance analyst to support the technology delivery to meet Blue Cross business requirements - including product launch, operational efficiency uplift, Technology uplift, strategic projects and other regulatory/compliance related initiatives.

Technology project portfolio management - including resource planning, effort estimations and prioritization.

Liaise with business team members on delivery timeline, cost and scope.

Ensure the completeness of functional requirements collected from various business users and the quality of technology deliverables

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or related subjects;

At least 12 years’ working experience in project management and application development related areas in insurance company with successful track records;

Experience in leading large scale digitalisation program (e.g. web/app development) is highly desirable;

Certification on project management (e.g. PMP, PMI-ACP) is highly preferred;

Experience in leading BCP program with internal and external parties;

Strong organisational skills and proven capacity to develop and implement initiatives / projects;

Able to work well with superiors, co-workers and external team members;

Capable of working independently and proactive to work on the projects.

The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities. The incumbent will ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements.
