Aufgaben

**What You'll Do**

Coordinate and manage the test plan & prices with customers during contract review with formal communication.

Coordinate, monitor and control the test project activities during the agreed lead time with formal communication.

Ensure the correctness test report, certificates, invoices, and ensure these documents will be delivered to customers within agreed lead time.

Maintain business relationship with customers, proactive report project progress and develop business by providing testing and / or inspection services according to product line business scope.

Monitor the AR of customers, remind customers to settle outstanding payments by formal communication.

Assist reporting Project Manager / Section Manager to handle customer related duties as mentioned above.

Qualifikationen

**What You'll Bring**

Higher Diploma in Chemistry / Physics / Material Science / Product testing or above;

At least 2 years of working experience in commercial testing field of Chemical / Toys / Hardgoods / Food contact articles.

Candidate with less working experience or not relevant technical background may be specially considered.

Possess professional customer-handling techniques

Comfortable in dealing with all levels of people

Must possess a patient, pleasant personality

Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior CS Representative
