We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT intern to join our team. As an IT intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to various IT projects and initiatives within our organization. This internship will provide exposure to different aspects of IT, including technical support, systems administration, and project management. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. Collaborate with IT team members on projects such as system upgrades, software deployments, and infrastructure enhancements. Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to support IT decision-making. Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. Assist with inventory management, including tracking IT assets, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment records. Support IT security initiatives by implementing and enforcing security policies, procedures, and controls. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in IT. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of IT concepts, including hardware, software, networking, and security principles. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with IT tools and technologies is a plus.
