We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a UX Design Lead.

Principal Responsibilities

Help define and drive the future of HSBC’s digital design. Be a part in identifying product strategy and envisioning the ecosystems and inspire teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible Oversee quality of design solutions as they related to UX and Interaction Design within Wealth Value Streams Elevate and strengthen UX Design as a practice Own UX craft and capability output across the program and ensure project deliverables is of the highest quality Provide individual and team-level coaching and feedback as it relates to UX Design Collaborate with User Research, CX team and product management to understand user needs, identify design opportunities and create meaningful product experiences Drive a human-centred design process that spans all phases of development Frame design solutions and explain thinking and rationale in a compelling way Be the voice of the customer to build a customer experience driven culture Work with stakeholders and customers to ensure the outcome of the project answers both customer and business needs Devise and prioritize functions and features for the product Provide leadership and direction for UX Designers on the project for a sustainable user centric culture Assist the CX Lead, UI Lead, product management in creating and maintaining best in class experience for customers Be the bridge between functional teams, increase communication to minimize gaps between UX flows Establish and maintain UX guidelines, principles and best practices to ensure consistency and minimize unnecessary, repetitive work Mentor and grow UX designers to lessen reliance on external vendors Regular review to identify key risks, issues and interdependencies. Determine and apply appropriate mitigation strategies Requirements 7+ years of experience in UX and Digital Design 4 years line management experience; supporting and developing others Internal and external relationship management experience Experience driving: Process, Goals, Strategy / vision, Methodology
