Responsibilities
Co-ordinate training activities:
Schedule training sessions and monitor enrolment status Plan logistics of training sessions (trainers, rooms, virtual connections, others logistics needs) Receive and greet trainer, manage attendance and support trainer during training session Work with our team in Bangalore to ensure smooth delivery of the learning sessions and to attend to queries from our employees Handle payment of invoices Update training documents such as Training Calendar and Training and Development Guide Assist with administration of talent development programsAssist in developing and roll out of Programs:
Contribute to the design and delivery of programs Organize events and trainings for early career employees Coordinate and facilitate various activities across Asia Pacific Collect and analyze feedbackSupport senior members of team:
Participate in projects as needed Assist in collecting and consolidating data and information for preparation of reports and presentationsSupport Talent Development and Inclusion (TDI) China operations:
Incorporate the China training needs into the regional deliveries/plan Support ad hoc requests from China departments Organize and coordinate the annual “Welcome Session” Support digital deliveries in Putonghua with resources available in China Track and record training records required by the company in China Support the regional mentoring program with China TDI lead Effectively manage and support training activities in China aligned with regional scope Support China TDI lead for talent development projects, promotion events, evaluation campaign and other ad hoc projects
Profile required
Profile Requirements:
Hold a relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or similar Relevant experience in Learning and Development coordination is preferred Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Knowledge in PowerBI is a plus Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stake holders Strong organization and planning skills Pro-active, self-motivated, and able to work independently Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential and Putonghua is an advantageBehavioral Skills:
