EOI - Building Surveyor

The Team/ The Business:
This is a professional team operating within the largest commercial real estate services company in the world. Our ambition is to deliver exceptional building consultancy solutions for our clients, working within a creative cultural environment of teamwork, innovation and creative verve.

What you will be working on:
You will work with the team in the eastern area to deliver quality project management and building surveying services to our clients, including projects of alteration and addition, maintenance, survey, fit-out, etc. You will be handling the projects along with qualified building surveyors and Authorized Person in the team. You are someone with:

• Degree in Building Surveying or graduate from related disciplines;
• Proficiency in using computer skills, ACAD, REVIT and MS Office;
• Familiar with A&A submission and BD / ICU approval process;
• Able to prepare tender and contract documents;
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, hardworking and willing to learn;
• At least 2-year related experience is preferred.
• More experiences candidate will be considered as a senior or manager position.
