PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Work closely with regional merchandising teams in development and execution of merchandise assortment to maximize the sales potential. Conduct seasonal buy according to countries need and identify market opportunities. Plan the OTB framework for the buy with planning team Deploy effective replenishment and markdown plan to achieve GP and sales target. Conduct consolidation activities to maintain optimal stock and SKU holding at store level. Others e.g. product training, defective report, sales analysis (weekly report within department and monthly report with regional), follow up on shipment status; create order master, price setting, merchandising plan. Work effectively with allocation, retail and planning team on launch plan, delivery and inventory management. Offer support in GTM on marketing campaign.KEY COMPETENCIES:
CREATIVITY: Must possess high degree of fashion aesthetic; interest in trends, lifestyles, competitors and media. Support introduction of new ideas. Can work within the creative process effectively, and support bring ideas to realization.
TEAMWORK: Builds good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables. Able to communicate effectively across the team and organization; effectively works at long distances.
ORGANIZING: Works according to defined schedules and deadlines; takes direction well and able to work with high accountability; manages own work and tracks progress. Seeks out resources to get things done; able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
ENVIRONMENT: Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented setting; interface with regional merch, retail, planning, allocation, logistic and Supply Chain.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience : At least 3 years of relevant experience
Education: University graduate
Skills:
