Graduate Engineer 2024

At AtkinsRéalis , we aim to inspire young people and encourage you to consider a career in the engineering sector. We identify participants for our graduate programmes through a formal recruitment process. 

An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:

Degree holder or above in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Transport, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline;

Attain GPA 3 or above or equivalent;

Attain HKDSE English Grade “3” or above, or equivalent;

Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese or Putonghua; and

Possess an enquiring mind and a proactive approach to tasks.
