Job Posting Details

The State Key Laboratory of Advanced Displays and Optoelectronics Technologies (SKL of ADT) needs to fill several Post-doctoral Fellow/Research Associate/Research Assistant positions for frontier flexible large-area electronic research.

The primary responsibility of the appointees is to investigate and develop flexible sensing devices and array, flexible optoelectronic devices, flexible integrated circuits and system, or flexible OLED displays. The research aims at realizing next generation intelligent human-machine interaction in the future.

For positions of Post-doctoral Fellow/Research Associate, applicants should have a PhD in electrical and electronic engineering, microelectronics, IC design, material science and engineering, or related disciplines, with strong research motivation and experience in semiconductor materials and devices, and micro-fabrication techniques.

For positions of Research Assistant, applicants should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in science or engineering. General knowledge in semiconductor materials, circuits and micro-fabrication is preferred.

Appointees for all posts are expected to be proficient in both spoken and written English. (Duration: 1 year, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
