Part A. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities• Participate in the full spectrum of solution implementation activities to ensure the solutions are fit for purpose and leverage existing capabilities where possible.• Work closely with business users and technology partners to understand business processes and system requirements during different stages of the ERP implementation.• Ensure consistent and high-quality project delivery against Group Enterprise Applications Governance framework and best practice standards of project management.• Able to take ownership of issues through to resolution on assigned tasks, to meet deadlines for tasks and to manage initiatives independently.Part B. Key Duties• Conduct requirements analysis, design validation, development support, data migration, testing, deployment, and post implementation transition. • Perform user requirement collection and analysis to ensure the system design reflects business requirements.• Participate in change management assessments and support change management at the project level.• Coordinate with external technology partners throughout the system development lifecycle, especially offshore team in China/India. • Provide the necessary support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).• Document project artifacts and deliverables such as functional specifications, test cases, and test results as required.
