Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) is a global hotel company with properties located in major cities and four continents under The Langham Hotels and Resorts , Cordis Hotels and Resorts and Ying'nFlo brands. It is the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, a leading property development company in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention for the hotel loyalty program. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target segments, positioning, and messaging strategies for the loyalty program. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising, to attract and engage loyalty program members. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform marketing strategies and initiatives. Drive the development of creative and compelling marketing content, including promotional materials, newsletters, website content, and social media posts, to support loyalty program initiatives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to execute marketing campaigns and ensure successful delivery of marketing materials. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in loyalty program marketing and bring innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the program's performance. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and effective cost control measures. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment., tools, and test new approaches as guided by commercial and marketing objectives. Requirement . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines. Minimum eight (8) years’ working experience specialized in marketing, loyalty programme or customer relationship management. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. Excellent understanding of loyalty program marketing principles and best practices. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving marketing objectives and driving business growth. Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Exceptional written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement. Chinese and Mandarin is an advantage. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager - Loyalty Marketing
