As a design research intern, you’ll be a trailblazer, detective and bridge builder all rolled into one.
What Will You Experience
Conduct research activities such as conducting market research, interviews, focus groups, usability tests to uncover needs of our customers Assist in the preparation and design thinking workshops to form design strategies Communicate with various departments to understand their operations and business needs Use a range of data analytic tools to collect, analyse and translate data findings into actionable design principles Collaborate with design team members and stakeholders to create human-centred solutions Bridge the gap between customer insights and bleeding-edge technologies such as AI models, virtual/ augmented reality, etc. Participates in design research & strategy training sessionsYour Profile
What Will You Need
You are passionate and curious about the world, with empathy for others and a natural curiosity about it A strong critical thinking and problem-solving skill, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Interested in pursuing a career in design strategy and/ or research, regardless of your related education background and experiences Able to work onsite at our Hong Kong office in part-time contract basisBonus Points If You Have
