Distribution Planner

Position

To cope with our fast expansion, we invite high caliber team players to join us for the following position.

Distribution Planner

Pilot the stock’s stores level according to service level targeted. Anticipate proactively the stock tension and communicate accordingly to other departments. Work on different projects for continuous improvement & efficiency of the department. Be the supply chain key contact for market’s inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Define and adjust regularly the target stock level for each Store / Market (regional / local warehouse) with expected service level Ensure the inventory deployment according to the demand and inventory level in coordination with the demand manager Monitor the availability of products; identify and report the shortages/ stocks excess risks Identify opportunities of product rebalancing in the distribution network Organize and deploy inventory rebalancing between Stores / Markets to optimize sales Monitor the efficiency on transfers/rebalancing Organize stock reverse to optimize the BOH Plan the stock building for event and new store opening Publish appropriate indicators Plan and organize end of life product strategies in cooperation with the Merchandising department Ad-hoc analysis and reporting

Profile

Education & Professional Qualifications

Tertiary Education in Supply Chain Management or other related discipline

Work Experience

Relevant experience in Supply Chain is required

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team player Strong self-motivation and able to work under pressure Analytical skills and sensitive to numbers Excellent at Excel, knowledge in PowerBI would be a valuable advantage

Qualities

Language skills: English, Cantonese & Mandarin, other language ability is an added advantage Occasional travel is required
