Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
To provide recommendations and business project management for ERP system changes, including intergration with other systems or processesTo review functionality and manage implementation of new system and software updates including configuration, testing and informing end-usersTo provide financial control and accounting support for the new extension projects, including financial and management reporting, budgeting, processing of contract payments and financial analysisTo participate in tender financial evaluation and assist in formulating procedures to enhance work processes for continuous improvementTo provide accounting advices to the business unit heads, also stay close to the business development of the business unitsTo monitor the status of Key Performance Indicators of business units and provide updates to the managementTo work extensively with business units to ensure sound controls are in placeRequirements:
Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplineMinimum 3 years' relevant experienceExcellent analytical ability with a good attention to detailpStrong communication skills with the ability to present plans to support business decisions Commercial acumenDetermined and assertive, prepared to get into the detail to understand the complex drivers of the businesstyGood time management skills, ability to prioritise workload and ability to work to strict reporting deadlinesThe position is on a 1-year temporary contract.
