Provides assessment and therapy services at Hong Kong and Macau clinics, major private hospitals, nursing homes and mainstream schools.

What you will do

Lead or handle any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Line Manager.Providing assessment and therapy services for patients with speech, language and swallowing disorders in clinic and other set up such as hospital and elderly homes.
Accurately write the assessment report and develop effective rehabilitation plans (if needed) based on the assessment result.
Write treatment records, progress reports, and submit written reports in a timely and effective manner.
Providing professional training on speech therapy
Acting as a resource on clinical expertise
Develop and improve the training material as well as speech rehabilitation training aids.
Coach and provide advisory to Jr. Speech Therapist
Fulfil the KPIs target set by the company.

What you bring

Experience

Speech Therapist(s) with 5+ years of relevant experiences at clinics, major private hospitals, nursing homes and mainstream schoolsExperiences of working in Clinical Hearing and Speech Centre is a plus.A consistent track record of delivery and support of the business with the ability to execute well.Working experiences of developing speech therapy training material as well as speech rehabilitation training aids.
