DMS Project Supervisor

Job Summary:

Iron Mountain is seeking for a Project Supervisor to assist our Digital Operation team to handle new digital projects from proposal to launch of the projects. This position will be reporting to the DMS Manager.

Duties

Develop Reports and Dashboards Process Improvement (cost control throughout the process ) Responsible for overall project management duties including site visits, tendering, quotations, preparation of project schedule, and quality control; Manage and coordinate with clients (before the project go live) Documentation and Reporting to the client Problem Solving skills Workflow design and documentation

Job Requirements

Degree, major in computer science, or industrial engineering is preferred Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, responsibility Client-oriented, pleasant, cheerful and good communication skills Good sense of time management At least 1-year relevant working experience in Project Management Sound PC Knowledge, especially with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Good Command of English and Chinese Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills Have strong organizational skill and good logical mind-set
