We are currently seeking a TMT/ Digital lawyer to join us.

Responsibilities :

Deliver clear and practical legal advice to various business functions, including business development, public policy, marketing, and communications. Advise on the legal landscape related to digital/tech matters, including areas such as regulatory compliance, contract drafting, intellectual property, privacy, data protection, and dispute resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and provide guidance on emerging legal issues in the digital/tech space. Assist in product/app development, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Legal qualification More than 5 years experience with technology or digital area, in-house experience is a plus Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and convey legal concepts effectively.

Compensation, Benefits & Location:

This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace.
