Shipping Clerk (6 months contract- 5 days work)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and coordinate shipment bookings.
  • Monitor shipment schedule with factories and forwarders.
  • Prepare invoice, packing list, C/O and other related documents.
  • Independently handle full set of import / export documents and B/L.
  • Filing, data entry and other clerical duties as required.

Requirements

  • F.5 or above, with at least 2 years of working experience in shipping field at trading company preferred.
  • Motivated candidates with less experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, sense of responsibility and independent.
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • 6 months employment – immediate available preferred
