We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Vice President in our Health / Medical division, where you will play a pivotal role in business development, account management, and broking, providing exceptional service to our clients.
We will count on you to:
Take full ownership of new business development, account management, and broking, delivering high-quality advice on health/medical reinsurance. Lead initiatives to create winning client strategies for health/medical (re)insurance across Asia. Establish a market-leading healthcare practice in Asia through thought leadership and superior client management. Collaborate with client management teams to enhance capabilities and tools for clients and proposals. Prepare and deliver pre and post-renewal presentations, providing advisory services as required.What you need to have:
A minimum of 10 years’ solid experience in the health/medical insurance/reinsurance sector. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (insurance, risk management, or related discipline). Proven experience in developing and managing sales and driving new business development. Strong commercial and numerical acumen, with the ability to build strategies and demonstrate thought leadership. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is advantageous.What makes you stand out:
