AXA Hong Kong (AXA HK) Security Team acts as a partner with AXA Hong Kong and Macau business to keep AXA and our customers data safe and ensure ongoing operational resilience.
AXA HK Security Team develops and implements the security strategy, in line with Group and local direction and relevant legal and regulatory requirements; and provides governance and oversight for first line security activities.
AXA HK Security Team needs to continuously monitor and assess emerging security risks which impact AXA HK and Macau business. With more advanced technologies and zero-day attacks, security risks continue to increase and evolve.
The Security Risk Management function within the AXA HK Security Team supports the AXA HK Chief Security Officer in managing security risk activities alongside reinforcing assurance functions to enable AXA Hong Kong and Macau demonstrate its ongoing level of regulatory compliance and assurance as to the effectiveness of security controls.
The duties of the Manager, Security Risk Management include: -
Reviewing and monitoring security compliance against legal and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong, Macau, China and Bermuda Defining and conducting regular risk assessments including security risk, cyber resilience, operational resilience Providing recommendations related to security risk exposures, trends, and best practices in the areas of security risk Conducting security risk identification, risk rating, risk control design and risk control execution Maintaining clear documentation of security risks in the SCALA risk register Perform monitoring over effectiveness of operating security controls in managing security risks Providing key inputs and collaboration with Operational Risk Team, Internal Control Team, and Compliance Team on security risk Providing regular reporting on the status of security risk for AXA Hong Kong Entities Managing and coordinating responses to relevant regulatory bodies in Hong Kong, Macau, China and Bermuda on security topics Contribute to maintaining and enforcing security policy and processes pertaining to risk managementYour Profile
6+ years of experience in information technology 4+ years-experience in security assurance and risk management Degree in risk management, information management system, information security, computer science, business, accounting or closely related field is strongly preferred, but not mandatory Security industry certification ( CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or equivalent) strongly preferred Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure Strong networking skills and team player Good communication skills Ability to apply analytical rigour in understanding complex business scenarios Ability to understand and respond to regulatory requirements Understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols Fluent in English (verbal and written) Fluent in Cantonese (verbal) an added advantage Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Security Risk Management
