Key Responsibilities
Carry out safety, first aid and security procedures to the highest standard Be our brand ambassador and provide genuine, personal experiences to all our customers Deliver service excellence by creating memorable inflight experiences and exceed our customers’ expectations at every opportunity Attend to customer’s needs in a caring and professional manner Embrace diversity and be thoughtful and caring to all our customers especially those who need extra help Be an excellent teamplayer in a culturally diversified environment and contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment Adapt to situations with confidence, tact and flexibility Uphold inflight policies and comply with all regulatory requirements

崗位職責

以最高標準執行機艙安全、急救和保全相關的工作 為每位乘客提供真誠且飽含關懷的飛行體驗 為每位乘客提供卓越之上的服務，創造難忘的體驗與回憶 周道且專業地顧及每位乘客的需求 擁抱多樣性，樂於為那些需要額外幫助的乘客給予關懷 願意與團隊合作並提供相互的支持，在多元的工作環境中成為一名出色的服務員 自信、敏捷、靈活地應對各種突發狀況 嚴格遵守相關飛行政策，並積極配合所有相關的監管需求 Requirements
Minimum age of 18 Bachelor’s degree or above, or high school graduate accompanied by at least 1 year of flight attendant experience Proficiency in written and spoken English and Putonghua.A third language is preferable. A valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS (Academic) result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above, taken on or after 01 December 2022 will be exempted from the English assessment Minimum arm-reach of 208 cm on tiptoe Successful pre-employment background check (including criminal records) Physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment Previous experience in an airline, hospitality or service industry would be advantageous As the position you are applying for is a Safety Sensitive Role you are also required to pass a pre-employment drug test. Testing will be done following the HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances - Annex B, CAD373

*Applicants should be exempted from or have completed military service

Selected candidates will be invited by email to attend our Assessment Day in Taipei in November 2024. Candidates are expected to finish the assessments in one day. The estimated date of joining for successful candidates will be in the first quarter of 2025.

Where the successful candidates require a work permit to reside and work in Hong Kong, their employment will be conditional on immigration approval; please refer to the Hong Kong Immigration Department's website for details.

Shortlisted candidates will be notified within six weeks.
