HK$34,820 to HK$56,272 per month (HGPS PT 14 – 24) (including Monthly Allowance)

Job

Provide physiotherapy intervention independently and to participate actively in teamwork to enhance communication and service quality.

Requirements

1.A BSc / BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from a university in Hong Kong or equivalentN1.

2.Be registered as a Physiotherapist in Part 1b/1a of the Register of Physiotherapists under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance (SMPO) and have a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board, Hong KongN2.

Registration and Employment Visa

The HA will arrange selection interviews with shortlisted candidates and will facilitate the submission of applications of suitable candidates to Physiotherapists Board for Professional Registration under section 12(1)(b) of the SMPO.

The HA will also assist successfully registered candidates who are non-Hong Kong residents in obtaining employment visas from the Hong Kong Immigration Department prior to commencement of work.

Appointed candidates pending for Registration in Part 1b/1aunder Physiotherapists Board, Hong Kong, would be offered a temporary part-time appointment as Temporary Undergraduate Physiotherapy Students (TUPT) with an hourly rate of HK$117. Once the registration and practicing certificate are obtained, the contract would be converted from TUPT to contract full-time Resident Physiotherapist.

Remarks

1.Post-graduate applicants will be required to upload (1) final year transcript / school examination results of your professional studies, (2) all clinical placement results, (3) Certificate of Registration / Membership of your current registration status with the jurisdiction in which your qualification was conferred, and (4) documentary proof of your post-graduate clinical experiencein the "Attachment Upload" page when making online application. Application will only be processed with relevant supporting documents.

2.For graduates whose final year transcripts are not available, please attach school examination results of all school years currently available for reference.

3.Appointment will be on contract terms for a period of 1 – 3 years. Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.

4.Appointed candidates may be required to work shifts and irregular hours as well as to perform on-call duties.

5.Selected applicants will be subject to central posting and may be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA.
